kids programs here and across the pond

So in my other blog,I wrote about how Disney Channel programs just aren't what they used to be.Nick is no better, if they are only eleven shows currently showing on Nick(I think ) and seven shows on Disney when they're used to be over one hundred shows on each respective channels and they were not all the same either. Every plot was different and unique.Which brings me to my other point if Disney and Nick are for kids why is it all about kissing and trying to be cool and you could only be happy if you're like this or you have a boyfriend. I can't diss all kids programs though,unfortunately the best kids programs can not be seen unless watched from You Tube or you live in England or any other country lucky enough to get cbbc or citv . I rely on You Tube and I have found the shows across the pond to be funny and unique and genuinely entertaining. These shows,the ones I watched(list later) do not recycle the same old plot and they do not need super stars to make their show good. So why can't they bring back the good shows from Nick and Disney and take the other drivel off the air .

Disney Channel Now

I was recently watching some old vhs tapes of the classic Disney Channel the one from 1983 -1985,I guess and I must say,I miss the classic Disney channel. Once upon a time Disney channel was known for it's awesome programs from "Kids Inc." to "House of Mouse" original series like "Road to Avonlea" and "Adventures in Wonderland" even the shows in the mid nineties like "Lizzie Mcguire" a normal 12 year old girl struggling with the normal trials of tribulations that every pre-teen goes through were great."In a Heartbeat" a teenage drame about six teens who were volunteer emts. "So Weird" "Boy Meets world' was funny . Disney Channel knew how to make good programs and when it started it was for the whole family not just kids. Even parents could watch after the kids went to bed. There were concerts,movies and a melee of other good things. Classic Disney is responsible for launching some of Hollywood's biggest stars . What happened to Disney Channel now it sucks. with shows like "Hannah Montana" "Wizards of Waverly Place " that rely heavily on laugh tracks .Although as much as I think new Disney channel sucks,there are a few good shows out there ."Good Luck,Charlie" one of the newest shows is about a family with four kids,a teenage girl Teddy,her brothers Gabe and PJ (he's the oldest) and their baby sister,Charlotte(Charlie) and their parents. They're a normal family (unlike most of their shows where the kids are wizards or popstars or live in a hotel or on a luxury cruise ship). Teddy starts out the episode by talking into a camcorder to her baby sister giving her some advice the show ends the same way,but this time she sums it up by saying,"Good luck,Charlie." the advice always pertains to the day's episode. "Phineas and Ferb" is another good show about two boys and their family and friends.The boys always invent something creative and awesome . Even though their sister is always trying to "bust them" never works ,she is not above helping them when they need it and they in turn help her .With the exception of these two shows most everything on the new Disney sucks and I could take them or leave them.
